4/6 we planned to get crabs to celebrate my little sisters birthday and Capt’n White did not disappoint. Miguel provided great customer services and the crab steamer was excellent. The crabs were cooked to perfection and so delicious. We will be back very soon.

I was extremely disappointed, placed a pick-up order last Saturday for 12pm for Medium Female Crabs got back home to Waldorf to find crabs smaller than my 4 year olds hand. Anyone who eats or sells crabs knows that’s far from a Medium Female Crab. However, Pete followed up and made it right he gave me a 1/2 a bushel large male and female crabs and 2 lbs of Shrimp that were 10/10 for free with beyond stellar customer service. They did not disappoint! He genuinely cared about the bad experience I had and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you again Pete!

Great fresh seafood, but once you pay you’re on your own with waiting for your cooked food. I asked the manager about getting the outside cooker some help and he said that’s what we got, with no care in the world. If you allow a business to take your money and give you poor customer service they will.

After my last review, the owner reached out and apologized for my experience. Just based on customer service alone, I knew I'd be back. It's Father's day so I woke up and got there really early. Even though it's a holiday, the store ran like a well oiled machine. This time, he gave me a 1/2 bushel of large males along with the Carolina Shrimp. The crabs are heavy and juicy and the shrimp were delicious. Just like that, I'm back in love with Captain White's . I'll be back down soon for my next half of bushel.
